Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please review the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Before Shipping

• You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped.

• For pre-order items, cancellation is possible up until the product is prepared for shipment from Thailand.

• Please contact us as soon as possible at info@flowersbyou.se if you wish to cancel your order.

Cancellation After Shipping

• If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

• You may still return the item by following our Return Policy and requesting a return within the legal 14-day cooling-off period (for EU customers), or within 30 days (according to our return rules for other cases).

Refunds for Cancellations

• If your cancellation is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• Please note: Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
