All of our products are handmade with care, which means slight variations may occur — making each item unique. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns

  • We accept returns for 14 days from the date you receive your order (EU cooling-off period).

  • To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Please contact us at info@flowersbyou.se before returning an item to receive instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is damaged or incorrect.

Pre-order Items

  • Because pre-order products are handmade and specially produced, cancellations are only possible before the item is shipped.

  • Once a pre-order has been dispatched, we can only offer returns if the product is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, description, and photos of the issue.

  • If approved, we will provide instructions for return or replacement.

  • Flowers by Ou will cover return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as flowers or plants).

  • Custom-made or personalized products (special orders, custom requests).

  • Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original item (if eligible).

  • Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement product.
