• In-stock items: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (no shipping on weekends or holidays).

• Pre-order crochet items: 🧶💕 Handmade in Thailand and imported to Sweden. Delivery may take up to 8 weeks. We’ll keep you updated as soon as your order is on its way.

• Sweden: Standard shipping 49 kr.

• Europe: Flat rate 159 kr.

• ✨ Free Shipping: 🧶💝 On all crochet orders over 500 kr (yes, pre-orders too!).

• Sweden: 3–7 business days once shipped.

• Europe: Varies by destination. Customs may cause delays.

🔎 Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Please allow up to 48h for updates to appear.

• EU customers: VAT (moms) is included in the product price.

• Non-EU customers: Import duties, taxes, or handling fees may apply. These are not collected by Flowers by Ou and are the customer’s responsibility.
